Exceed maximum reminder level
This parameter defines whether open items that have exceeded the maximum reminder level continue to display in a reminder letter. If this parameter is set to Yes, the open item appears with the maximum reminder level defined in the reminder group assigned to the BP.
- The maximum reminder level is defined in the reminder group assigned to the BP.
- Open items that have exceeded the maximum reminder level always display with their maximum reminder level in a reminder level.
