Prerequisite

Access to the report

This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Master data.

It is also called by default from the following functions :

  Setup > Financials > Accounting forms > Recurring entries

Comments

In a start/end range type of parameter, not entering anything for the two values means that the report will ne be restricited to the parameter value.

The RECURRING JOURNAL report is printed for a folder with a recurring journal range (without existence check).

Description of the report

For each recurring journal, the RECURRING JOURNAL report mentions the following elements:

• The recurring journal code
• The recurring journal title
• The recurring journal type (level or fixed)
• Its validity period
• The frequency of the transactions
• The type and number of the template journal
• The recurring journal amount
