Prerequisite

Access to the report

This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Master data.

It is also called by default from the following functions :

  Common data > General accounting tables > Analytical > Analytical allocations

Comments

In a start/end range type of parameter, not entering anything for the two values means that the report will ne be restricited to the parameter value.

Description of the report

The LISDSP report retrieves the list of the analytical distribution codes defined in the folder. The analytical distribution codes are classified by alphanumerical order.

For each analytical distribution code, the LISDSP report shows:

• The analytical distribution code
• The title of the analytical distribution code
• The company / the (authorized) site
• The access code
• The validity period (validity start date / validity end date)

For each line of the analytical distribution code, the LISDSP report mentions:

• The distribution coefficient
• The dimensions to be posted to the various dimension views.
