Access to the report

This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Master data.

It is also called by default from the following functions :

  Common data > General accounting tables > General > Account structures

Comments

In a start/end range type of parameter, not entering anything for the two values means that the report will ne be restricited to the parameter value.

Description of the report

The LISSCHCPT report presents the list of account structures defined at folder level and classified by alphanumerical order of their codes.

For each account structure, the LISSCHCPT report metnions:

• The account structure code
• The account structure title
• The access code
• The account structure validity dates

Then the report mentions for each account line parameterized in the account structure:

• The account number
• The account title
• The BP if the account is of "collective" type.
• The tax code to be applied
• Any distribution coefficient associated with the account.
• The analytical nature of the account
• The various analytical dimensions.
