ATCUD

Use this function to communicate multiple series to the tax authority. You can register and consult series, and see the communication status.

Before you can do this, you need to follow the existing procedure and generate the ATCUD code for each series in ATCUD management.

After you enter criteria and select OK, series are listed in alphabetical order.

Block number 1

Company (field CPY)

You need to enter the company to list series for that company. You can leave all other criteria empty to see all series for this company.

Warning The list can be very long if you do not enter at least one other criteria.
Sequence number (field CODNUM)

Enter the sequence number you generated in ATCUD management.
Year (field YEA)

Enter the year to filter only for serial numbers in the that year, espeically if the sequence number field is empty.

The list of series could be very long if you leave it empty.
All status (field ALLSTA)
Select this checkbox to list active and inactive series. The active or inactive status is the series status from the fiscal authorities.
Active: The series was successfully registered.
Inactive: The series was not yet registered or the communication failed.
Status (field STA)
Select a status for filter for active or inactive series. The active or inactive status is the series status from the fiscal authorities.
Active: The series was successuflly registered.
Inactive: The series was not yet registered or the communication failed.

Consult

Start date (field STRDAT)
Enter a date range to filter for series within those dates.
End date (field ENDDAT)

Specific actions

Select this action to register a series with the tax authority. When the communication is successful, you receive the ATCUD code for this series.

Select this action to cancel a communication.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
