The ITMMVTHIS table contains the quantity and value totals for the movements by period and product. The first movement in a period creates a record for the period totals. Therefore those periods without movements do not have totals.

For reporting reasons, it can be interesting to have the totals (especially the annual totals) available for all the periods. This utility is used to create total records for the periods without movements in the ITMMVTHIS table.

Screen management

This screen contains the selection of the products to be processed.

Entry screen

The available selections are :

Bullet point  The site (it is possible launch the program for all the sites by ticking "All sites")

Selections

All sites (field TOUSITE)
Site (field STOFCY)

Enter or select the storage site where the selected product is active.

The Selection icon (magnifying glass) only suggests products that are referenced in the products-sites table.
From product (field ITMREFSTR)

Enter the selection start product number. The product ranges limit the report to these products only.
To product (field ITMREFEND)

Enter the ending product number for the selection. Product ranges are used to restrict the report to these products only.

Tâche batch

This function can be run in batch mode. The standard task FUNCPTITH is provided for that purpose.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
