This function is used to carryout a mass suspension of works orders according to different selection criteria.

A suspended works order can no longer be tracked.

Screen management

This function is composed of a single selection screen.

Entry screen

It is firstly necessary to specify the production site.

Filters

The different filters are:

Bullet point Planned production

Bullet point Firm production

Start/End range

It is possible to enter a planning type formula.

There are also ranges on the:

Bullet point Works order number

Bullet point Released product

Bullet point Start date

 

At the end of the processing, a log file indicates which works orders have been updated.

Selection criteria

Production site (field MFGFCY)

The production site associated with the user is proposed by default. It can be modified by another site authorized for the operator, depending on its authorizations.
Formula (field FORMULE)

Enter, select, or build a format calculation expression using the formula editor.
This formula, created using sections of the WIP, product and product/site tables, is applied within the framework of the search in addition to the entered selections.

Note A warning message is displayed if a reference is made to tables not used in the context or to unknown variables.

Filters

Planned work orders (field WOPFLG)

Select this check box if planned work orders are to be processed. If planned work orders are to be excluded from the run, leave this check box clear.
Firm work orders (field WOFFLG)

Select this check box if firm work orders are to be processed. If firm work orders are to be excluded from the run, leave this check box clear.

Start - end range

Work order no. (field MFGNUMDEB)

This field displays the work order number (unique ID).
This number is automatically or manually generated upon each creation.
Click the Selection icon to open the list of work orders (which only includes 'Firm' or 'Closed' work orders) and select a work order.

Released product (field ITMREFDEB)

This field indicates the references of the product to produce.

Note It is possible to add a sub-product which was not planned initially to the BOM. Select a new cell in the "Product" column, double-click and select "Add sub-product".

Start date (field STRDATDEB)

This field identifies the planned start date of the Work Order.

Batch task

This function can be run in batch mode. The standard task FUNMAUTSU is provided for that purpose.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
