Use this function to map existing tax codes to DATEV tax codes to correctly transfer data to your tax advisor's DATEV software.
WarningDATEV tax codes must be set according to DATEV guidelines. Consult your tax advisor for complete details.

Screen management

Entry screen

Select an existing tax code in the Tax code column and assign it to a DATEV compliant tax code in the next column.

Legislation

Legislation (field LEG)

Enter the legislation for assigning DATEV tax codes.

Grid Tax code assignment

Tax code (field TAX)

Enter or select the tax code that will be assigned a DATEV tax code.

DATEV tax code (field TAXDATEV)

Enter the DATEV tax code.

DATEV §13b issue code (field DTTISSCOD)

Use this field to select the DATEV issue code for a DATEV VAT code that is assigned a §13b reverse transaction charge.

This field is only available when you enter 94 or 95 in the DATEV tax code field.
Description (field DTTISSDES)

This field describes the DATEV 13b issue code.

Use this screen to copy a range of tax codes into the Tax code assignment grid. You can also remove existing code assignments or include tax codes for all legislations.

Enter the legislation for assigning DATEV tax codes.

Enter a range of tax codes to copy codes within that range.

  • Count (field CNT)

This field displays a running count of tax codes based on field values on this screen.

  • Remove existing assignment (field DELASS)

Select this check box to remove all existing tax code assignments.

  • Include all legislation tax codes (field INCALL)

Select this check box to copy tax codes assigned to all legislations or no legislations in addition to tax codes for the defined legislation.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
