Open Item Screen Management
In open items management mode,it is possible to define a screen code that determines the information which visualization or modification are authorized.
This parameter can be used to define the grid columns to display, the order of appearance and the possibility to modify them by choosing an option among the information that can displayed.

Entry screen
The button at the top left of the grid can be used to:
- load all the grid's lines,
- sort the grid's lines,
- cancel the sorting.
Block number 1
Screen code (field COD) |
Code identifying the screen. |
Description (field DESTRA) |
Common title of the current record. |
Block number 2
Active (field ENAFLG) |
Used to deactivate the screen if the field is not checked. |
Number of lines (field NBRLIG) |
Maximum number of lines displayed in the inquiry screen. The maximum value for the number of displayed lines is 9999. |
Open item total (field TOTDUD) |
If the flag is checked, a section providing totaling information for the open items is displayed. |
Number of fixed columns (field NBRCOL) |
Used to define the number of columns that cannot be moved when unfolding the grid on the side. |

Order (field DAC) |
The "Blank" order number is used to specify that the column in question will not appear in the inquiry viewed via this screen code. The order number N is used to specify that the column is question will appear in position N in the inquiry viewed via this screen code (knowing that the positions are relative: it is thus possible to define N with 5, 10 etc. intervals). |
Input (field SAI) |
The Entry flag is used to define whether the field is simply displayed or also assigned. |
