Screen management

The Storage/handling instruction sheets function contains a header information section and one tab per set of instructions:

  • Header information. The header information provides the Storage/handling instruction sheet code and descriptions.
  • Descriptions. This is the main tab for this function. You use it to describe the parameters of your weighing policy.
  • Warnings. This tab defines the pictograms that are to be displayed during the weighing process.
  • Assignments. This tab indicates which containers would be suitable to use for the weighing process.

Header

The header information provides the Storage/handling instruction sheet code (the ISM record) and descriptions. The header information is displayed with each tab.

Tab Descriptions

You use this tab to define the parameters of your weighing policy for the product-site record. These include the permitted tolerance +/- percentages.

Tab Warnings

You use this tab to define the Precaution (Safety/Use instructions) and Toxicity pictograms that are to be displayed during the weighing process.

The first pictogram in the list will be read if the Compulsory message check box on the Descriptions tab is selected.

 The Sentences

Tab Assignments

You use this tab to indicate which containers would be suitable to use for the weighing process according to the weight of the product. The weighing process will automatically select the container with the smallest capacity according to the weight.

If the Package (container) field on the Descriptions tab is set to 'Mixed' the weighing process does not suggest a container.
