Safety Stock Factors

This function makes it possible to set up the safety stock factors that are used in the calculation of the service rate of the ABC classes (refer to documentation Stock parameters and Reordering without MRP).

These factors are used at folder level.

Screen management

The screen takes the form of a list where a factor and a title must correspond to each value of a service rate.

A certain number of values are pre-entered by default, but they can be modified, and other factors can be added.

The factor must be a positive value less than 10.

Reports

By default, the following reports are associated with this function :

  PRTSCR : Screen print

This can be changed using a different setup.

Default/Value

Activating this button is used to display the default values in order to reuse them fully or in part.

Error messages

In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :

Field error " Compulsory Field"

A service rate is compulsory

Record already exists, process interrupted

A service rate already exists, two records cannot have the same key.
