Prerequisites
- Training module.
- Local menu 313 (choice of time unit: number of days or number of months).
- Local menu 452 (Fiscal nature).
- Local menu 455 (System).
- Local menu 471 (Individual program status) = Entered/Employed/Completed.
- Local menu 2400 (Skill inheritance) for source of required skills.
- Local menu 2402 (Origin of the skill) for source of validated skills.
- Miscellaneous table 451 (Cost type).
- Miscellaneous table 468 (Follow-up actions).
- COUPED parameter (Training cost) (FRT chapter, MIS group), with a definition at Folder level, linked to the miscellaneous table 451 (Cost type).
- "Individual program" CSI counter: add. info. = standard program, sequence number on (. Folder level, no reset to zero (same for SES counter).
- "Training" sequence number assignment with CSI counter.
- REFNUM parameter: to initialize the ID associated with the REFNUM parameter (user parameter, TC chapter, DEF group).
- For the calculation of the DIF counter:
- active PAY activity code,
- active time management module,
- total code in the general parameter BULCM15 (BUL chapter, CBP group),
- total code in the general parameter BULCM16 (BUL chapter, CBP group),
- total code in the general parameter EVTDIF (FRT chapter, ATT group).
- For the skills:
- active CAR activity code (GPEC module),
- CPC sizing activity code (number of skills),
- CIG sizing activity code (CPC + CPC = number of skills for the graphical list of the program).

The following activity codes (sorted by type) may have an impact on the way the function operates :

These codes are never entered in folder management, because their value is calculated :

Authorizations
This function is object managed. The creation, modification, and deletion operations can be activated or deactivated for a given user. Filters by roles can also be associated with this function.
