Recover site representatives

This parameter specifies how to load the header site of the sales actions (tasks, calls, appointments and projects).

Three values are submitted:

• Do nothing
• Propose the header site of the sales rep
• Replace the header site by the one of the sales rep

Practical cases:

• The value "Do nothing" means that the header site of a sales action will keep in all cases the value chosen by the user, without ever taking into consideration any sales site that may be associated with the sales rep in charge of the sales action (sales rep record).
• The value "Propose the header site of the sales rep" means that, if the header site of a sales action is different from the one associated with the sales rep on their record, then the system will suggest by means a question to replace it with the site of the sales rep entered or loaded by default.
• The value "Replace the header site by the one of the sales rep" means that when saving a sales action, the site of the sales rep, if it exists (sales rep record) will prevail over the site entered in the header should it be different.

This parameter is defined at the level User. It belongs to Chapter CRM (Customer Relation) and the Group REP (Sales rep assignment), The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :

• CRMDEFREP (Rep. connected / default)
• CRMREPBAP (Rep. connected priority appt.)
• CRMREPCLL (Rep. connected priority call)
• CRMREPOPP (Rep. connected prior. project)
• CRMREPTSK (Rep. connected priority task)

The global variable GCRMREPSIT is associated with it.
