Time zone difference
This parameter is used for transportation communication to define the correct date and time regarding the place of the physical transport and the date and time of the X3 Server.
To balance the time gap between server time and site time, this parameter stores this gap in number of hours.
For example, if the parameter value is = +01:00, it means the site is one hour ahead of the server location. If the value is -01:00, it means the site is one hour behind.
