Use this parameter to define the default unit of measurement code to be used for new product design BOM revisions, and new components of those product design BOMs.

This parameter is defined at the level Folder. It belongs to Chapter TC (Common Data) and the Group NPI (Product design).
Its values are defined by the function Units of measure.
No global variable is associated with it.
