Leases

Use this template to import lease contracts that can be managed in the Lease contract function (GESLEA). You can import Lease, Rent, or Long-term rent contract types.

The following fields are mandatory in the template:

• Financial site [FCY]
• Description [LEAREF]
• Status [LEASTA]
• Contract type [LEATYP]
• Lessor [LES]
• Contrct start Date [STRLEADAT]
• Contrct end date  [ENDLEADAT]
• Bal sht line (balance sheet line) [BSENAT]
• Accounting code [ACCOD]
• Funding currency [LEACUR]

If you are importing a Rent contract, you must also include the following fields to comply with the IFRS 16 standard.

• Implied interest rate [IMPLEARAT]
• Incremental borrowing rate [ICRBRWRAT]
• Initial direct costs [INIDIRCST]
• Restoration costs [RESCOS]
• Init. present value (in funding currency) [INIPREVAL]
• Init. present value (in company currency) [INIPREVALC]
• Init. present value ( in IFRS currency) [INIPREVALI]
