Import production tracking
Use this template to extract production tracking data using the automatic processes developed for the production plan. You can use it to import production tracking data from any third party product into Sage X3 and to export from Sage X3.
Imported data uses the global variable GIMP to provide information not carried in the production tracking (MKI) record as follows:
GIMP(1) – Tracking posting date
GIMP(2) – Production declaration/plan Entry transaction to be used. If this field is not present or empty, the Entry transaction defined in the MKITRSNUM - Import prod rprting TRS parameter (GPA chapter, TRA group) is used.
GIMP(3) – Closing flag (1=No, 2=Yes). If not entered this will be calculated by the system.
GIMP(4) – Rejected quantity
The tracking type carried out as well as any linked processes such as material consumption will be defined by the Production plan Entry transaction used.
