Prerequisite

Access to the report

This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Fixed Assets - setup and core data.

It is also called by default from the following functions :

  Setup > Fixed assets > Associations - definitions

Miscellaneous

1/ Entering values for the setups is not mandatory. The default values displayed are those entered in the Report dictionary.
When values are entered, any existence control is carried out. In the case where they are inexistent or inconsistent, any print is carried out.

2/ For the Objetdeb setup: Business objects range, only if the choice of the Expenditure or Financial asset objects is authorized.

3/ For the detadeb setup: Determiner range, only the choice of the Accounting group or Accounting code is authorized.

Description of the report

The associations are presented, grouped and sorted in ascending order according to the following criteria:

Grouping/sort criteria

- Business object                              
- Company
- Determining field
- Determining value

Restored information

This report displays, for each value of the determining field, as much lines as fields determined by specifying for each one of them, its associated value.

For the Financial asset object, it also displays a grid listing the determined values of the depreciation methods of each plan for which associations are defined.
