User preferences panel
The user preference panel is an upper horizontal panel that opens when clicking the user name or the picture of the user (or the people icon if no picture is present) located on the toolbar.
This panel gives access to:
- Connection information (the connection user name, the location, the current role, the current connection language, and the endpoint) with the ability to change this information.
- Links to some pages (depends on your privileges).
Take care that the role, the language and the endpoint are part of the session information. They are shared between all the tabs of a browser opened from a given device by a given user on a given web server. For instance, changing the role on a tab will change it on all the other tabs: as soon as you will refresh another tab, the new role will apply.
The only way to have two sessions opened for a given OS user from a given device on a given web server with different combinations of endpoints, users, roles is to open two different browsers (chrome, firefox, IE, Opera...).

Quick Administration
A dedicated navigation page giving access to all the administration pages (including some special pages that are not present in the normal Administration page). |
Legacy home dashboard
Gives access to the default dashboard pages as they were defined before the introduction of the home page. |
Tablet home
A connection to the platform in tablet mode in order to view the layout in this mode. |
Mobile home page
A connection to the platform in tablet mode in order to view the layout in this mode. |
Mobile desktop authoring
A connection in mobile mode with the ability to access to the mobile page personalization mode. |
