The objective of this function is the presentation on the screen of the report for the stock situation on a given reference date. This inquiry is single-site and single-product.

The header information makes it possible to specify the principal selection criteria for the inquiry used, here the site, the product and the reference date.
The actual stock
This display summarizes the stock report at the inquiry date , notably the internal physical stock detailed by status, stock waiting put-away, loaned stock, and stock at the sub-contractor etc.

Fields
The following fields are present on this tab :
Block number 1

Enter or select a storage site at which the selected product is active. The Selection icon (magnifying glass) only suggests products that are referenced in the products-sites table. |

Enter the reference of the product for which the stock needs to be inquired. |
Block number 2
|
Reference date used in the calculation of the expiry date for a lot in stock. This field is accessible according to the expiry management method in the product record. |

This table summarizes up to the reference date chosen and going back through time, the stock status for each date where there was at least one stock movement.

This button is used to access the additional selection criteria with respect to the criteria entered in the inquiry header. Screen code : as a general rule, inquiries can be set up (for further details, see the Inquiry screens documentation. It is possible to call upon customized inquiry screens via the screen code. This personalization is used notably, to choose what information should be shown on the screen and in what order it should be positioned in the grid. It is possible to memorize one or more sets of criteria by saving the codes. that can be subsequently recalled or deleted .
