The objective of this function is the "dormant" stock inquiry, that is to say the stock that has not moved since an entered date. This inquiry is multi site and multi product.

The header information is used to specify the principal selection criteria for the inquiry used:
Site: the stock site on which the inquiry will be carried out
Date : selection of products that have not had a movement since this date. By default the system proposes an inquiry on a horizon for one year up to today's date. This horizon is modifiable.

As a function of the selection criteria entered, the system searches all the products for those where the last issue date, last receipt date or last stock count date is before the inquiry date, plus all products that have never has a movement at all.

This button is used to access the additional selection criteria for the screen. Here the proposed additional functionalities are only a screen code. Screen code : as a general rule, inquiries can be set up (for further details, see the Inquiry screens documentation. It is possible to call upon customized inquiry screens via the screen code. This personalization is used notably, to choose what information should be shown on the screen and in what order it should be positioned in the grid. It is possible to memorize one or more screens by saving Memo that can be subsequently recalled or deleted . |
