This function is used to modify the Moving Average Price value for the lines in the FIFO stack and for lots.
Value change movements will be created according to the context.

Screen management

This function is composed of a single screen that regroups the selections, the update parameters and the modifiable elements.

Product-site

This section contains the site and the product that will be subject to a value modification.

Global values

This section contains the moving average price information.
It is possible to modify the base amount of this or to re-evaluate it at a certain percentage.

FIFO totals /FIFO stack

These sections contain the information on the FIFO stack total and the FIFO stack itself.
For each level in the FIFO stack , it is possible to modify the value, the quantity or the unitary value.

Lot totals / Lots

These sections contain the information of the lot totals and the lot detail.
For each lot it is possible to modify the global value or the unitary average price.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Product-site

The storage site is initialized by default with the usual stock site of the user.

This field is used to enter the reference of the product for which the user wants to inquire the costs.

 

Block number 2

  • Allocation date (field IPTDAT)

This is the date which is used when posting the movement. It defaults to today's date but can be changed to an earlier date, if the selected date is in an open period in the accounting calendar.

SEEINFO You cannot enter a date later than today's date.
  • Distribution (field REPFLG)

When the moving average price (MAP) is modified, it is possible to update the FIFO basis and the lots.
If this field is set to "No", only the MAP will be modified.
Otherwise, the values will be modified according to the chosen distribution method.

The MAP variation distribution (X%) can be carried out according to:

  • The value:
    The increase of each element (FIFO basis or lot) is prorated based on the amount of each element so that the global amount increases by X%.
  • The quantity:
    The increase of each element (FIFO basis or lot) is prorated based on the quantity of each element so that the global amount increases by X%.

Options/Dimensions

This menu is used to enter the analytical dimensions for the value change movements that will be created.
The default section code STJVAL - Value changes is associated with the function.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
