This function is used to purge the suggestions generated by MRP, MPS or the ex-MRP replenishment according to different filters and selections.

Screen management

Before starting the purge, it is necessary to assign the filters and selections for the suggestions to be processed.

Specified here is the type of suggestion to be purged:

  Production suggestions

  Purchase suggestions

  Transfer suggestions

Selections

The suggestion selections are possible on:

  A formula

  Origin of the suggestions

  The products

  The end dates

The following fields are present on this tab :

Selection criteria

This field contains the storage and/or production site. It is initialized by default with the normal storage site of the user.

Enter, select, or build a format calculation expression using the formula editor.
This formula, created using sections of the WIP, product and product/site tables, is applied within the framework of the search in addition to the entered selections.

SEEINFO A warning message is displayed if a reference is made to tables not used in the context or to unknown variables.

Filters

  • field FIL1

 

  • Work order suggestions (field WOSFLG)

Select this check box if work order suggestions are to be processed. If work order suggestions are to be excluded from the run, leave this check box clear.

  • Purchase order suggestions (field POSFLG)

Processing purchase suggestions.

YES/NO flag.

  • Subcontract suggestions (field EOSFLG)
  • Intersite suggestions (field INTFLG)

Processing of transfer suggestions.

YES/NO flag.

Start - end range

  • From source (field ORIDEB)

Source of the suggestion (MPS, MRP stock).

  • To source (field ORIFIN)

 

  • From product (field ITMREFDEB)

This field indicates the references of the product to process.

  • To product (field ITMREFFIN)

 

  • From requirement end date (field ENDDATDEB)

This field indicates the selection start date to enter.


  • To requirement end date (field ENDDATFIN)

This field indicates the selection end date to enter.

Batch task

This function can be run in batch mode. The standard task FUNPURSUG is provided for that purpose.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
