Load Resynchronization
This function is used to analyze all the recordings of planned or firm load WIP and compare them to the various files in the database in order to detect and correct any desynchronizations.

This function analyzes all the recordings of the OPERATIONS table corresponding to planned or firm WIP (the suggested WIP is not considered) relating to the production site for which the processing has been carried out.
For each WIP, the system tests any possible anomalies, such as:
- Absence of WO
- Status incompatible with the WO (the system checks that the WO is not closed).
- Absence of operation
- Operation status incompatible (the system checks that the operation is not excluded from the WO or that it has not been already completed).
- Quantity desynchronization.
- Time desynchronization.
Automatic correction: it is possible to perform a re-synchronization simulation that does not update the WIP, but provides a log of the detected anomalies. Activating the "Automatic correction" setup makes it possible to perform the updates further to the detected anomalies.
Recalculation of the Work Center Totals: it is possible to let the system recalculate the planned and achieved time totals and update them on the work centers, should a desynchronization be detected.
