Description of the record.

• Destination type (field TYPEXP)

Select Client to generate the extraction files in a folder on your computer or workstation.

Select Server to generate the extraction files on a network or shared folder. Enter or select the server location (Access path) in the Directory field.

• Work directory (field VOLFIL)

For a destination of the 'Server' type, enter the directory in which the files will be generated. The path is the path on the server.

Click on the Selection icon in order to open the list of volumes. In this list, you can select a directory.

• Pivot (field CODPVT)

Enter the pivot code.

ACCENTFIL - FEC on final number

This pivot assign the final entry number (FNLPSTNUM) to the Entry no. field (continuous sequence number of the accounting entry).

In order to use this pivot, you must first run the updating utility of the Final date and Final number fields of the accounting entries table (GACCENTRY table) - UUINIFNLPST utility.

ACCENTFILN - FEC on entry number

This pivot assign an accounting entry number (NUM) to the Entry no. field (continuous sequence number of the accounting entry).

• Company (field CPY)

• Type of extraction (field FIYPER)

Full fiscal year

Select this extraction type to generate the accounting entries of a full year.

Period

Select this extraction type to generate the accounting entries of a given period.
