This function is used in the preparation of shipments.
It enables the user to setup picking codes.

Screen management

The tunnel in the header is used to specify the storage site.

The "Parameters" screen is used to specify up to five consecutive setup criteria: the product code, the category, the customer code and the statistical group.
These criteria are setup in function Picking codes.

Entry screen

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Site

Enter or select a storage site at which the selected product is active.

The Selection icon (magnifying glass) only suggests products that are referenced in the products-sites table.

Parameters

  • Criteria 1 (field CRIT1)

The scroll-down list is used to enter the main sorting criteria.
  • Criteria 2 (field CRIT2)

The scroll-down list is used to enter the second sorting criteria.
Select the zone that has been left empty if the criteria should not be specified.
  • Criteria 3 (field CRIT3)

The scroll-down list is used to enter the third sorting criteria.
Select the zone that has been left empty if the criteria should not be specified.
  • Criteria 4 (field CRIT4)

The scroll-down list is used to enter the fourth sorting criteria.
Select the zone that has been left empty if the criteria should not be specified.
  • Criteria 5 (field CRIT5)

The scroll-down list is used to enter the fifth sorting criteria.
Select the zone that has been left empty if the criteria should not be specified.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
