File 281.5 generation
This function is used to generate the declaration file of the 281.5 records.
The file generated by Sage X3 cannot be sent as is to the Belgian tax office through the Belcotaxe Internet site; it must first be processed by the E-Admin tool.
The purpose of E-Admin is to:
- modify the data, if necessary (deletion, modification, and addition of the 281.5 records).
Caution, none of these modifications will be recorded in a log file in Sage X3. - put the file in the correct format (xml) for Belcotaxe.
The declaration is divided in three annexes, but only one file is supplied to E-Admin.

Algorithm of the 281.5 file generation processing
Based on the launch criteria: company and year, X3 takes into account all the lines previously extracted from the HON281D and HON281 tables, in order to generate a file for E-Admin.

Criteria

The lines of the 281.5 records are extracted from the financials for a given company. |

The 281.5 record declaration is always performed for a calendar year. The year is therefore requested as a data extraction criterion. |
File generation

Select Client to generate the extraction files in a folder on your computer or workstation. Select Server to generate the extraction files on a network or shared folder. Enter or select the server location (Access path) in the Directory field. |

If you selected Server to generate the extraction files on a network or shared folder, enter or select the server location or Access path. Click on the Selection icon in order to open the list of volumes. In this list, you can select a directory. |
