• Employee IDs (field TMATPL)

This field, that cannot be modified, recalls the import or export template used and which has been specified on the interface setup screen.

• field FLGTMATPL

This box is used to select the flow in order to be processed.

• Rejection reasons (field TSRTPL)

This field, that cannot be modified, recalls the import or export template used and which has been specified on the interface setup screen.

• field FLGTSRTPL

This box is used to select the flow in order to be processed.

• Work centers (field MWSTPL)

This field, that cannot be modified, recalls the import or export template used and which has been specified on the interface setup screen.

• field FLGMWSTPL

This box is used to select the flow in order to be processed.

• Selection formula (field MWSFOR)

This field recalls the reference of the selection formula specified on the interface setup screen. It can still be modified.

This field, that cannot be modified, recalls the import or export template used and which has been specified on the interface setup screen.

This field, that cannot be modified, recalls the import or export template used and which has been specified on the interface setup screen.

• Work order - materials (field MFMTPL)

This field, that cannot be modified, recalls the import or export template used and which has been specified on the interface setup screen.

This field recalls the reference of the selection formula specified on the interface setup screen. It can still be modified.

• Operation tracking (field MKOTPL)

This field, that cannot be modified, recalls the import or export template used and which has been specified on the interface setup screen.

• field FLGMKOTPL

This box is used to select the flow in order to be processed.

• Transaction (field MKOPARAM)

This field, that cannot be modified, contains the Time tracking plan entry transaction code used during the import.
The selection of this transaction is carried out via the setup MKOTRSNUM - Import time tracking trs.
A tunnel is used to access the transaction setup in view mode.

 According to the transaction used, the operation tracking can also generate the material consumptions and production reporting. In that case, the material trackings and production reporting will not be imported.

• Tracking of materials (field MKMTPL)

This field, that cannot be modified, recalls the import or export template used and which has been specified on the interface setup screen.

• field FLGMKMTPL

This box is used to select the flow in order to be processed.

• Production reporting (field MKITPL)

This field, that cannot be modified, recalls the import or export template used and which has been specified on the interface setup screen.

• field FLGMKITPL

This box is used to select the flow in order to be processed.

• Transaction (field MKIPARAM)

This field, that cannot be modified, contains the production schedule entry transaction code used during the import.
The selection of this transaction is carried out via the setup MKOTRSNUM - Import prod reporting trs.
A tunnel is used to access the transaction setup in view mode.

 According to the transaction used, the production tracking can also generate the material consumptions. In that case, the material tracking cannot be imported.

• Default status (field DEFSTA)

This field, that cannot be modified, recalls the default status of the lines created during the import of production reporting. This status is specified on the interface setup screen.
