Authorizations

An authorization can be granted for this function to limit the processes to a company or a site.

The following options can be activated or deactivated for each user :

Miscellaneous prerequisites

A document template must be defined in order to specify the counter used to generate the entries.
 This document template is used as a reference: the majority of the fields is thus derived from this journal (for instance exchange rate).

The calculated entry must be set up. Its setup is used to calculate an amount to be entered from the total or the balance of the general account (or of an account class).
