Transactions
The entry transactions are not used to manage field display and entry.
They are used only to take into account specific setups (movement codes...) and to specify if the automatic printing of labels is wanted at the end of creation.
To be valid, the transaction being used must be set up as follows:
- The unit change box must not be checked.
- The transaction type must be "Internal".
By default, the system will submit the first transaction complying with these rules.
Print-outs
The launching of the printing of labels is done automatically at the end of the creation of the stock movement change. It is necessary, for this, that the following setup rules be respected:
- Entry transaction: the printing of labels must be authorized (Stock tab).
- Product record (Unitstab): the format of US labels must be specified.
- The destination printer must be specified. Several definition level are possible for the destination (from least finest to most fine):
- Function: Define the destination.
- The destination specified on the User record.
- The destination specified at the dictionary level of the Report.
- The report code, which can be customized by the user, specified in the setup function Destination per user.
