Count
Use this function, accessed from VT terminals, to enter stock count lists.

Screen management
All the fields used to identify a stock line are present in this screen.
Tab Count
- Site: this field, which cannot be entered, is loaded with the default user site or with the site entered in the Set site function.
- lcl: select this check box to display only the lines to be counted. Otherwise, all the lines are displayed, including those already counted.
- Session no.
- List no.
- In the case of a stock count session subject to a multiple count, the current count number is displayed.

In case of entry of a new stock count line, the version numbers will be loaded with the current index numbers if a new lot is concerned, and with the index numbers of the lot if an existing lot is concerned. These numbers cannot be modified. To modify them, use the Count function. - Serial no.: This field can be entered

- Counted stock. With multiple counts, the current count number is mentioned before the field.
- Null stock: This field cannot be entered. If the counted quantity is null, a warning message is displayed upon validation and the user needs to confirm the entry.
To add an unexpected stock count line, specify a line number equal to 0. Unless otherwise indicated, all the line information can now be entered.
Click OK to validate the entry.
