Screen management

Tab Storage Plan Lists

All the fields used to identify a stock line are present in this screen. The display and entry of these elements cannot be set up. The fields displayed are the following:

  • Site: this field, that cannot be entered, is loaded with the default user site or with the site entered in the "Site definition" function,
  • Transaction: this field is loaded with the first entry transaction available in the list,
  • Storage list no.
  • Product
  • Location of origin
  • Status of origin
  • Unit
  • Quantity
  • Lot
  • Sub-lot
  • Serial no.
  • Destination status: Loaded from the storage plan
  • Destination location: Loaded from the storage plan

Once the quantity, status and location have been entered, the OK button enables the user to validate the entry of the list line and consequently to generate the storage list transactions. The system then automatically switches to the next line.
This button is also used to automatically launch the printing of labels ; it is necessary, for this, to define the setup of printing specified above.

The Next button is used to switch to the next line without processing the current line. Here a line represents the number of stock lines to be stored. For instance, a list line can yield two lines in the storage list entry on ADCs: one line with a specific quantity to be stored on location A and another line with a quantity to be stored on location B.
SEEWARNING When the document line has been validated (with the OK button), it is no longer possible to return to it.
