Use this field to indicate the current status of the decision in the review of the business case and requirements for the assigned entity.


Leave as Pending whilst you (as the assigned approver) are reviewing the requirements or your post-review decision is undecided. When your review is complete and you have made a firm decision on the business case for the requirements, select one of the following:

Approved
 If your review concludes that the business case for the requirements is valid for the assigned entity and is approved.

Rejected
 If your review concludes that the requirements for the assigned entity have no business case to support them and are rejected.

  • You must be logged in as the assigned approver to set an "approval status".
  • You can only set an "approval status" whilst the status of this change request is In review.
  • The change manager is not permitted to set your post-review decision on your behalf.
