This function is used to import the production reporting with works order by using the automatic processes developed for the production plan.
This import uses the global variable GIMP to recover information not carried in the MKI record, knowing that:
GIMP(1): Tracking posting date
GIMP(2): Production declaration transaction to be used. (If this field is not present or empty, then the system uses the transaction present in the general setup MKITRSNUM)
GIMP(3): Closing flag (1= NO, 2 = Yes, if not entered then it will be calculated by the system)
GIMP(4): Rejected quantity
The tracking type carried out as well as any linked processes (material consumption) will be defined by the production reporting plan transaction used.
The automatic declarations of the sub-products are impossible. It is necessary that the sub-product information exists in the import file.
The mandatory fields are the following:
production site (MFGFCY)
order number (MFGNUM)
product (ITMREF)
quantity achieved in PAC (UOMCPLQTY)
operating unit (UOM)
quantity achieved in STK (QTYPCU)
packing unit (PCU)
The stock fields (lot, sub-lot, Serial no...) are to be set up in STOJOU as a function of the management method of the imported products.
The stock status not being imported in the document line, it is absolutely necessary to have a stock status by default defined in the management rule.
In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :
Control message for the posting date (if not imported then the current date)
Production site control message
Control on product message if tracking on WO
Control on works order message.
Different messages linked to the control of the works order number :
