Prerequisite

Access to the report

This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Fixed Assets - Physical management.

It is also called by default from the following functions :

Comments

The data is filtered by site according to the rights  granted to the user on the function GESPHY (Physical assets).

Miscellaneous

Entering values for the selection setups is not mandatory. The default values displayed are those entered in the Report dictionary.

When values are entered, any existence control is carried out. In the case where they are inexistent or inconsistent, any print is carried out.

Description of the report

Sort criteria

The fixed assets are presented, in ascending order, according to the following sort criteria:

- Company
- Financial site
- Geographic site
- Physical element reference

Restored information

The information about the physical element is reproduced, just as it is displayed in the Physical elements management function, grouped in the following frames:

- Identification
- Record tracking

The following frames are printed only if the information they contain are entered:

- Entries on hold
- Reference of the physical element
