The LISJOU report is used to print the list of journals parameterized in the folder (General accounting tables).

Prerequisite

Access to the report

This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Master data.

It is also called by default from the following functions :

  Common data > General accounting tables > General > Journal codes

Description of the report

The LISJOU report retrieves the list of journals parameterized in the folder.

For each journal, the LISJOU report shows:

  • The journal code
  • Its title
  • The journal type
  • The cash account (for the "cash" type journals)
  • The company / site if the journal is linked to a specific company / site
  • In case of an active journal (Yes / No).
