Use this function to display the stock situation by license plate number.

To access additional selection criteria, click Criteria in the action panel. For example, you can select stock lines with an empty lot number.

This inquiry cannot be customized using the setup of the Inquiry screens function. You can still move columns directly in the table and keep the order of the fields.

Enter the main selection criteria. Only the site is mandatory.

You can perform the following operations:

  • Filter stock according to the main statuses ((A, Q, R)
  • Specify whether stock is internal and/or is awaiting putaway.

When the search is performed, the LPNs meeting the criteria are displayed.

Selections

Site (field FCY)

Renseignez obligatoirement le site. Il est initialisé par défaut avec le site associé à votre profil fonction.
Warehouse (field WRH)

This field is subject to the WRH activity code.
Enter the warehouse code for which you want to view the stock.
Product (field ITMREF)

Enter the reference of the product for which the stock needs to be inquired.
Location (field LOCSEL)

Enter the reference of the location for which you want to view the stock.

Only 'internal' locations and 'awaiting put-away' locations are available.
License plate number (field LPNNUM)

PAC (field PCU)

Select the packaging unit for which you want to view the stock.
Major version (field ECCVALMAJ)

Select the major version number for which you want to view the stock.

'A' statuses (field AAAFLG)

Select this box to take the stock with 'A' status into account.

'Q' statuses (field QQQFLG)

Select this box to take the stock with 'Q' status into account.

'R' statuses (field RRRFLG)

Select this box to take the stock with the 'R' status into account.
Stock internal (field LOCCAT001)

Select this check box to take internal locations into account.
Stock pending put-away (field LOCCAT002)

Select this check box to take into account locations awaiting put-away.
Quantity of license plate numbers (field NBLPN)

This field cannot be entered. It displays the number of license plate numbers that meet the selection criteria.

This section displays the list of LPN identifiers meeting the search criteria.

Each identifier is made of the following elements:

  • The identifying number
  • The type of location where it is located
  • The code of the location where it is located

Click an LPN to display the information for each stock line assigned to it: product, lot, sub-lot, location, status, analysis request, packing unit, quantity expressed in packing units, packing unit/stock unit conversion factor, quantity expressed in stock unit, identifier 1, identifier 2, major version, etc.

Criteria

Click this action to access the additional selection criteria with respect to the criteria entered on the inquiry header.

You can save one or several sets of criteria by saving Memo codes that can be called later on by clicking Call memo or deleted by clicking Delete memo.

The STD memo code is a special code, which is systematically applied when the inquiry is accessed.
