Screen management
This inquiry is customized to the needs of your organization and your processes. The screen code that you select determines how information is displayed on the WO out of stock tab.

Use this section to enter your selection criteria and range filters, then select Search.
Selection
Production site (field MFGFCY) |
Type in or select the work order production site. The default site displayed is associated with your user record but you can edit it. |
Start - end range
Product (field ITMREFSTR) |
Filter for results within a range of product codes. For a single product, enter the same product code in the from/start Product and to/end Product fields. |

Entry number (field VCRNUMSTR) |
Use these fields to limit the display of allocations to a single document or a range of documents. |

Start date (field STRDATSTR) |
Filter for results within a range of production start dates. For a single start date, enter the same date in the Start date and End date fields.

This tab displays all orders for the entered selection criteria with 1 or more components in shortage. The status of each order is included.

The work order reference. |
Product (field ITMREF) |
The code of the product to be released. |
Description (field ITMDES1) |
The description from the product record. |
Start date (field STRDAT) |
The associated order date or planned production start date for the order. |
STK (field STU) |
The unit in which the product is stored. |
Planned quantity (field EXTQTY) |
The planned quantity. The quantity is expressed in the stock unit. |
Remaining quantity (field RMNEXTQTY) |
The remaining or outstanding quantity needed to complete the order. |
End date (field ENDDAT) |
The associated end or required completion date for the order. Where an order only has a single order date, this date is the same as the order date. |
Number of materials (field MATLINNBR) |
The number of components in the list of components for the work order needed for the finished item. |
Number short (field SHTMATNBR) |
The number of components in the list of components for the work order that are out of stock. |
Tracking flag (field MFGTRKFLG) |
The current status, or progress of the work order. |
Project (field PJT) |
The associated project code. The content can be one of the following:
If the content of the field includes a character such as an exclamation mark "!" this field links to the structure of the project. The character is the separator between a project code and the structure, either the project cost structure or the project operational structure. For example, if a material task code is "USA-P3" and a project code is "USA12345678", this field displays a link to the project operational structure as "USA12345678!USA-P3".

Priority (field MFGPIO) |
The priority of the work order: Normal, Urgent, Very urgent. |
Ship-to type (field BPCTYPDEN) |
Identifies the destination for the product. This can be a site or a customer. |
Destination (field BPCNUM) |
The site or customer to ship the product to. The Ship-to type field (BPCTYPDEN) value determines the appropriate reference. |
WO description (field MFGDES) |
The work order description or reference. |
Released routing (field ROUNUM) |
The routing code. The routing describes the process involved in building or maintaining a product. The sequence of operations and tools that are involved in producing or processing a particular product. The routing code matches the product code. The product code can be a manufactured product (a bill of material), or a generic reference to a parent routing which is linked to several products. |
Release unit (field UOM) |
The release unit of measure (volume or mass) for this product for this order. This unit and any applicable unit conversion are defined for this product on the product record. |
Rel quantity (field UOMEXTQTY) |
The planned quantity. The quantity is expressed in the release unit. |
Shortages |
Select Shortages from the Actions icon to view the stock allocations to work orders that are in shortage. |
