Thumbnails
This function is used to define the thumbnails that will be proposed in the browser of the interactive portal, and that will be selected by the users to be positioned in one of their own portal's tabs.
Each thumbnail is associated with a thumbnail group initializing the information required for its definition. The setup should then be completed according to the intended use of the thumbnail.
In particular the following information will need to be defined:
- Assignment menu: used to arrange in a hierarchy the view of the thumbnails in the browser by classifying them.
- Rank: presentation rank of the thumbnail in its assignment menu. If two thumbnails have the same rank, they are presented by alphabetical order.
- Access code: used to reserve thumbnails to specific user profiles. If this field is not entered, the thumbnail is available to all the users. If the access code is placed on a menu and the user cannot access this menu, all the elements attached to this menu will be automatically excluded.
- The non-initialized values of the setups
The "Hierarchy" left list makes it possible to obtain a sorted view of the thumbnails depending on the menus and assignment menus, but without taking the access code valuation into account.
