Many languages are available for your text. In the Email sending screen displayed, click on the Email sending function in the Service requests or Service responses functions and the set up message is displayed in your connection language.
You can create texts by users. To create user-specific text, enter the User field.
In the selection panel, in the By language field, messages are sorted by function (Service requests, Services responses), then by language and finally by user ('default' message if no user is defined).
