Screens - Implementation

Prerequisites

Before using the Screens function (GESAMK), ensure the following activity codes are correctly configured. These codes influence how the function behaves.

Activity codes

The following activity codes (sorted by type) can have an impact on the way the function operates.

Dependent activity codes

These codes are not manually entered in folder management, as their values are automatically calculated:

  • AUDIT (Audit)

Functional

  • ABI: Business intelligence
  • APL: User dashboard
  • ASD: Sdata
  • LEG: Multi-legislation management

Authorizations

This function is object-managed. You can activate or deactivate the creation, modification, and deletion operations for a given user.

Additionally, role-based filters can be applied to control access and visibility.
