Authorizations
This function is object managed. The creation, modification, and deletion operations can be activated or deactivated for a given user. Filters by roles can also be associated with this function.
The following options can be activated or deactivated for each user :

Miscellaneous prerequisites
Unit conversions must exist between the time unit defined for the project (Financial status section) and the time unit defined in the snapshot header (UOM field).
Unit conversions must exist between the Overview currency (CUROPP field) defined for the project and the currency defined in the snapshot header (CUR field).
