Accounting inquiry total

Use this activity code to make the Balance action available instead of having the Balances section displayed in the accounting inquiry screens (Accounts, Analytical accounts, Dimensions) to present the balances and totals of the selection.

This activity code (CNU) and the CNT - Accounting inquiry total activity code are mutually exclusive.

• If the CNU activity code is active, the CNT activity code is inactive. In this case, the Balances section is not displayed in the accounting inquiry screens but the Balance action becomes available. You can click this action to display the balances and totals of the inquiry on demand.
• Conversely, if the CNT activity code is active, the CNU activity code is inactive. In this case, the Balances section is displayed but the Balance action is not available
