LVA Single message

This parameter is used:

• When creating a LVA asset by capitalization of expenses.
  
  If its value is "Yes", it prevents the repeated display of a warning message every time:
  
  - the value of the selected expense exceeds the threshold defined in the LVALIM - Low value asset threshold parameter,
  - the value of the asset being created also exceeds the threshold defined by this parameter.
   
• When creating a Pool asset by capitalization of expenses.
  
  If its value is "Yes", it prevents the repeated display of a warning message every time the value of the selected expense exceeds the threshold defined in the POOLIM - Asset pooling threshold parameter.

If its value is "Yes", the warning message is displayed only once.
