Impair if Market value > NV

This parameter is used during the mass processing of asset impairment loss by CGU.

• When it is set to "No" (default value), the assets whose market value is higher than their accounting net value, are not affected by the impairment loss processing.
   Their net value is taken into account in the calculation of the CGU impairment loss amount but they do not receive any part from the impairment loss.
   
• When it is set to "Yes", all the assets belonging to the CGU are impaired, including those whose market value is greater than their accounting net value.
