Supervisor
This parameter is used to specify the hierarchy level of a user.
This level can be selected from those listed at the level of the Roles tab in the User record.
The possible values are:
- Service manager
- Department manager
- Management
Level of localization / Global variable
This parameter is defined at the level User. It belongs to Chapter CRM (Customer Relation) and the Group COL (Employee profile), The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :
- AUSCRMA (Function)
- AUSCRMB (Status)
- AUSCRMC (Mission start)
- AUSCRMD (Mission end )
- AUSCRMF (Sales rep)
- AUSCRMG (Fixed weekly structure)
- AUSCRMH (Weekly structure)
- AUSCRMI (Category of target criteria)
The global variable GAUSCRME is associated with it.
