Weekly Structure

Use this user parameter to specify the weekly structure of the employee.

This structure, previously defined in the Weekly structure function, allows you to assign a different hourly capacity as well as a different time table schema for each working day.

This parameter is not used when the AUSCRMG – Fixed weekly structure parameter is set to Yes (in this case, the applied weekly structure is 5 days, from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 6 PM).

Level of localization/Global variable

This parameter is defined at the level User. It belongs to Chapter CRM (Customer Relation) and the Group COL (Employee profile), The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :

Comments

This parameter is used, for instance, during the distribution processing of call campaigns. Of course, the call distribution does not assign calls where the employee is absent.
If this parameter is not set up, the default weekly structure is 5 days, from Monday to Friday (from 8 AM to 12 PM and from 14 PM to 18 PM).
