Utilisez ce paramètre pour indiquer la fonction que l'utilisateur X3 remplit au niveau de la CRM :
- Ingénieur commercial
- Téléacteur
- Directeur commercial
- Relanceur
Le choix de l’une des fonctions ci-dessus suppose qu'un représentant soit associé à la fiche utilisateur. Cette association s'effectue au niveau du paramètre AUSCRMF - Représentant (chapitre CRM, groupe COL). Ce choix conditionne, dans la fiche Représentant, l'accès de certains champs du bloc Relation client.- Autre

Le choix de la fonction Support client implique que l'utilisateur n'exerce pas d'activité commerciale.Level of localization / Global variable
