Type of call made / default

Use this parameter to specify the call type suggested by default when a call is created manually, outside of a navigation context:

• Incoming call
• Outgoing call

Level of localization/Global variable

This parameter is defined at the level User. It belongs to Chapter CRM (Customer Relation) and the Group CAL (Calls management), The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :

• CLLCMGOMP (Object of phone campaign)
• ROBJCLL (Call goal without telemarketers)

The global variable GCLLTYPDEF is associated with it.
