Budget overrun

This setup is used to specify the management rules for the envelope, budget or budget line overrun:

• No overrun is authorized
• Within the limits of the budget left to distribute
• Within the limits of the budget reserve (budget left to distribute + budget reserve)
• Within the limits of the envelope left to distribute (budget left to distribute + budget reserve + envelope left to distribute).
• Within the limits of the budget left to distribute (budget left to distribute + budget reserve + envelope left to distribute + envelope reserve).
• Envelope overrun (authorized envelope overrun limited to a percentage calculated based on the envelope, budget or line amount: setups GDDBUDPRC and GDDBUDCTL).
